Alhamdulillah, omayib bisa berbagi informasi lagi mengenai tips blogging. Kali ini omayib berbicara bagaimana caranya membuat postingan yang ditulis di ms. Word 2007 kemudian kita publish ke blog. Jadi melalui cara ini, kita tidak perlu repot-repot membuat postingan di editornya blog. Dengan cara ini pula, kita bebas menulis postingan kapan saja, dimana saja bahkan saat offline. Nah begitu ada kesempatan buat connect ke internet, tinggal di publish deh tulisan-tulisanmu tadi. Menyenangkan bukan??Mau tau caranya?

Pertama tama, tekan CTRL+D sekarang juga agar halaman ini disimpan di bookmark browser kamu, sehingga suatu saat memudahkan kamu berkunjung ke sini lagi. Atau boleh juga dishare ke facebook dan twiter kamu. Selanjutnya silakan mengikuti step by stpenya. Yuuukkk…

1. Buka ms. Word kamu, klik office button di pojok kiri atas > Publish > blog

 
2. Jika kamu baru pertama kali menggunakan ini, otomatis akan diminta untuk melakukan registrasi account blog kamu, ikuti saja.
3. Pilih blog provider kamu. Pada tutorial ini, saya menggunakan wordpres.

 
4. Isikan Blog post URL, Username, dan Password yang kamu gunakan saat login ke blog. Perhatikan contoh

Posting Blog dengan OpenOffice Writer

Tulisan ini ditulis dengan menggunakan OpenOffice.org Word Proccessor. Kenapa tulisan ini muncul di blog? Karena saya ingin berbagi tutorial tentang bagaimana cara memposting tulisan ini langsung dari OOo Word Proccessor langsung pada blog.

Untuk dapat melakukannya cukup mudah, koq!

Instalasi dan Konfigurasi

• Anda cukup mengunduh extensions Sun Weblog Publisher pada OOo Word Proccessor.
• Setelah diunduh, lakukan instalasi dengan masuk ke menu Tool > Extensions Manager. Pilih Add, untuk menambahkan pada OOo Writer.

• Untuk konfigurasi, pilih menu Option pada Sub Weblog Publisher, pilih add dan kemudian tentukan web/blog yang akan ditambahkan pada extensions SWP

• Ada banyak pilihan yang dapat digunakan untuk menambahkan weblog pada SWP, diantaranya adalah : Blogger, WordPress, WordPress.com, kemudian ada protokol API, Roller, MetaWeblog, Movable Type (xml-rpc).
• Silahkan masukkan Nama Blog, Alamat Blog, Username dan Password. Setelah itu tinggal klik OK!
• Maka selesailah konfigurasi untuk SWP.

Penggunaan SWP

• Buatlah tulisan dengan mengguakan OOo Writer. Disarankan untuk menggunakan mode tampilan web agar tampilan tidak terlalu berbeda antara yang ditulis dengan yang akan muncul di web.
• Klik kanan, untuk menampilkan kotak dialog! Pilih To Blog!
• Atau pada Menu Toolbar di kiri atas
• Setelah itu muncul kotak dialog untuk menentukan blog mana yang akan kita isi dengan tulisan kita.
• Pilih salah satu.

Saya sendiri telah menggunakan ini untuk melakukan offline posting pada beberapa blog dan web : diantaranya adalah : WordPress, Bloggers, dan Joomla. Untuk Joomla diperlukan pengaktifan plugin xml-rpc.
